For proper installation just remove the old pad from the headphone using a Counter-clockwise twisting motion. You will immediately see a white plastic disc with 4 interlocks on it for attaching to the headphone. Just remove the disc and insert it into the Dekoni Elite TH900-SK pad and re-attach to your headphone using the notches as guides.
